828 Ventures LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a residential land development company headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you share with us, including through our community websites and our text-messaging program. Last updated July 29, 2026.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on one of our websites (including theplacelondonky.com) or on a connected lead advertisement, we collect the name, phone number, email address, and preferences you choose to provide, so that we can respond to your inquiry about our homes and communities.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to respond to and follow up on your inquiry — by phone, email, or text message — and to assist you through the home-buying process. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS / text messaging
Consent. We send recurring automated text messages only to people who have actively opted in by checking an optional SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default and is never required in order to submit a form or to purchase. What we send. Messages relate to your inquiry: tour and appointment scheduling, answers to your questions, and occasional information about homes, financing, and current incentives. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

- Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
- No mobile information is shared with any third party except subcontracted service providers acting strictly on our behalf to deliver these messages (for example, our messaging carrier and platform provider).
- Text-message consent is separate from, and not a condition of, any purchase or other agreement.
How we share information
We may share the information you provide with the licensed real estate agents, homebuilders, and lenders working on the specific community you inquired about, so they can respond to you. We may also share information with service providers who operate our websites and messaging systems, and where required by law. We do not sell your information, and we never share mobile opt-in data for third-party marketing.
Data retention and security
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our record-keeping and legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing david@828-ventures.com. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Children
Our websites and messaging program are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
