SMS / text messaging program terms
Program description. 828 Ventures LLC and its communities (including The Place at Court Road in London, Kentucky) send recurring automated text messages to prospective home buyers who have inquired about our homes. Messages cover tour and appointment scheduling, answers to your questions, and occasional information about homes, financing, and current incentives.
How you opt in. You are enrolled only if you actively check an optional SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default and not required to submit a form. Every opt-in path is documented, with verbatim language, at theplacelondonky.com/sms-opt-in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and engagement.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT. To resubscribe, reply START.

Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. Your mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Information on our websites, including pricing, availability, plans, incentives, and financing examples, is believed accurate but is not guaranteed and is subject to change without notice.
